These terms apply when you use Sipstars at sipstars.com. By using the service you accept them.

What Sipstars is

Sipstars is a game. You scan or search a wine, try to identify its aromas, and get a score. You can play alone or open a tasting room and play with friends. It is provided free of charge.

Age and responsible drinking

Sipstars is intended only for people who are of legal drinking age where they live. Nothing in the app encourages excessive drinking, and you are responsible for how much you drink and for not driving after drinking.

Accuracy of wine information

Aroma profiles are drawn from public tasting information and are partly generated automatically. They are a starting point for a game, not an authoritative description of any specific bottle. Wine varies by vintage, producer and storage, and your nose is as valid as ours. Do not rely on Sipstars for purchasing decisions or allergen information.

Your account

You may sign in with Google or play as a guest. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Choose a display name that is not offensive or impersonating someone else.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to harass anyone or to upload unlawful content. We may suspend access if you do.

Your content

Tasting notes and wine entries you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the service can function, for example showing your name and score to other players in a tasting room you joined.

Availability

Sipstars is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, though we take reasonable care. Features may change or be removed.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Sipstars.

Ending your use

You may stop using Sipstars and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to bobova.darya@gmail.com. We may end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own country.
